The Six Strings Cabernet Sauvignon is our signature wine and is available on a very limited basis. The vineyard in the Dry Creek Valley region of Sonoma County has been painstakingly managed using sustainable farming practices since 2001 and was recently certified Biodynamic. The 2008 vintage intrigues with layers of dark berry, tobacco, clove. Subsequent takes reveal more currant, floral notes, sandalwood essence and subtle hints of new world spices. The mouthfeel comes on with structured tannins that are tamed by not being overly dry.
Music Pairing: The 2008 Six Strings Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful and expressive wine, and is the perfect compliment to a night of Classic Rock: Live Albums!

The Six Strings Pinot Noir is a special wine. The 2008 vintage from premium vineyards in the Santa Lucia Highlands region of Monterey County has a wonderful nose of mineral and cherry, with notes of walnut, leather and dried herbs. It shows a balanced palette with some real zest in the finish that makes it a very good companion for food. The 08' Pinot Noir will leave a positive note on your palate!

The Six Strings Chardonnay is an excellent wine with significant richness. The 2008 vintage from a single vineyard in the Santa Lucia Highlands region of Monterey County exhibits a subtle straw gold color with a nose of pear, apple, melon and tropical fruits accented by light toasted oak. The round finish of sweet ripe fruit notes and crisp acid will pair well with asian fusion dishes.
Music Pairing: The 2008 Six Strings Chardonnay drinks best while listening to Carlos Santana!
