The Six Strings Pinot Noir is our signature wine. The 2007 vintage from premium vineyards in Monterey County starts with a deep ruby red color leading into a nose of ripe fruit, spice, chocolate, black cherry and brown sugar with a hint of toasted oak. The finish is long ripe tannins and bold acidity that pairs well with grilled salmon or lightly sauced pasta dishes.

Music Pairing: The 2007 Six Strings Pinot Noir is a magical wine and you can take it to another level with the sound of electric blues.

Accolades: Bronze Medal in the 2010 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.

The Six Strings Cabernet Sauvignon is a special wine that is available on a very limited basis. The vineyard in the Dry Creek Valley region of Sonoma County has been painstakingly managed using sustainable farming practices since 2001 and was recently certified Biodynamic. The 2007 vintage displays intense deep color and licorice, currants and cherries in the nose. The mouthfeel is highlighted by toasted oak tannins and hazelnuts in the finish.

Music Pairing: The 2007 Six Strings Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful and expressive wine, and is the perfect compliment to a night of classic rock.

Accolades: Silver Medal in the 2010 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.

The Six Strings Chardonnay is an excellent wine with significant richness. The 2008 vintage from a single vineyard in the Santa Lucia Highlands region of Monterey County exhibits a subtle straw gold color with a nose of pear, apple, melon and tropical fruits accented by light toasted oak. The round finish of sweet ripe fruit notes and crisp acid will pair well with asian fusion dishes.

Music Pairing: The 2008 Six Strings Chardonnay drinks best while listening to a well-played acoustic guitar.
