"Wow, this wine is great. The first word out of my wife's
mouth was, "wooooooow!" Very smooth, light and strong
hints of fig. I may just drink an entire bottle tonight
It finishes with a slight sweetness. No heavy acid, an
incredible tasty wine. You guys will have no problems
selling out of this wine."

great. I got some nice apple and melon on the nose. There
is a nice gentle creaminess on the palette with beautiful
acidity to balance it out with a nice medium length

"We opened up the Cab Friday night with Mike and Sharon
and everyone thought it was excellent. When we first
opened it we really couldn't taste any of the tannins
just the fruit then after 20 minutes or so the tannins
came out. We were really surprised at the initial taste.

"I have been ‘talkin’ you up. I was reluctantly ordering
Bernardus- at $12 per glass. I am quite familiar with
that wine, and I know it is good. BUT our waiter listened
to my chatter, and offered me a taste of yours. I ordered
yours. Still it is always shocking to pay the per glass
price, but yours was really good. I am not an enologist,
but I do know what I like. I will be meeting friends in
the near future to share the pleasure of a glass of your
wine. Sounds corny, but we are seriously appreciative of
